Bubble says the service is unavailable
Choose Try again. If the connection does not return, close and reopen Bubble, then email support with your platform and what you saw. Your unsent message stays in the composer.
How do desktop updates work?
Open Settings → App updates. Bubble checks the signed release before it offers an install, shows the release notes and download progress, and verifies the update before restarting.
The stable version 0.5.0 release is available for Mac only. Separate unsigned Windows x64 and Linux x86-64 previews built from source revision ae2e84c7a034edbd0454c42af5928e574024eefe are available directly from the official askbubble.app/download page—not through Microsoft Store, Snap Store, Flathub, or a Linux package repository. The operating system may warn about or block them, they have no automatic updates, and they are not stable releases. Linux ARM64 and Windows ARM64 are not available yet.
How does Bubble Terminal connect?
Install it from the Bubble Terminal page, then enter bubble in a terminal. Bubble opens your browser so you can approve the terminal with the account that is already signed in. If you turned on optional authenticator security, you will also confirm with its current code or a recovery code.
Your terminal receives a revocable session after approval; it never asks for or stores your Bubble password. Use bubble --logout when you want to disconnect it.
Why can't I send a message?
Sending pauses during a temporary service or network problem. Choose Try again. If Bubble is connected but you have used all 15 included answer credits, sending stays paused. One completed Bubble answer uses one credit. Subscriptions cannot be purchased yet.
My verification code never arrived
The code expires after 15 minutes; choose Send a new code if needed and check spam. In a development build, Bubble may show the code directly on the verification screen instead of sending an email.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account. It removes the account, every chat, and every message immediately and permanently. There is no undo.
My chats are frozen
That is the free limit of 15 completed answers. Nothing is lost. Everything you wrote remains saved. Subscriptions are not available yet, so sending stays paused after the allowance is used.
Bubble gave me a wrong answer
It happens: Bubble is an AI, and review cannot make errors impossible. Send support the question and what it got wrong. That is useful feedback.
Do not rely on Bubble alone for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. Check those with a qualified person.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Email support from the address on your Bubble account and ask for an export.
