These are the terms you agree to by using Bubble. They're written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

1. What Bubble is

Bubble is an AI assistant. For each question, eight specialist roles propose answers in parallel, one shared draft is created, and all eight review and rate it before Bubble gives you a final response. Bubble runs through a hosted service and a body of research it maintains. It is provided as-is, and it is not a professional service.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Bubble. You must give a real email address and verify it, keep your password to yourself, and be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Authenticator security is optional. If you enable it, keep your recovery codes safe and review every browser approval before allowing a Terminal or Desktop sign-in. You are responsible for signing out computers you no longer control.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Projects, chats, answer-credit records, optional authenticator records, sessions, and other account data are deleted permanently. A Terminal state file on another computer is not physically erased by server-side account deletion, but its tokens no longer authorize access. If the account has a virtual machine, Bubble first stops and removes the remote machine and its workspace so a paid resource cannot be orphaned. This immediately erases the workspace and ends access tied to that Bubble account; remaining time or compute does not transfer to another account. Deleting the account does not itself submit a refund request. Refund eligibility remains subject to the purchase provider's rules and applicable consumer law.

3. Free access

Each account starts with 15 Bubble answer credits. Bubble reserves one credit when an answer begins and settles it when the answer completes. A failed answer returns the reservation. After the balance reaches zero, sending pauses while your projects, chats, history, and credit activity remain saved.

The current iPhone release contains no purchase, subscription, or virtual-machine screen. Bubble does not currently sell a recurring subscription. If the Virtual machine screen says purchasing is unavailable, no payment is accepted.

Optional Bubble VM Pass

When a purchase button is shown, the Bubble VM Pass is a one-time, account-bound purchase for one private virtual machine. The displayed offer currently includes 30 calendar days, up to 40 active compute hours, and a 5 GB workspace. Access ends when either limit is reached. This is a fixed pass, not permanent or lifetime hosting.

The machine sleeps automatically after a short idle period. Files are retained for the date shown in the Virtual machine screen—normally 30 days after access ends—and are then erased permanently. AI answers and their free or paid allowance are separate from the VM Pass. The machine may not be used for mining, spam, attacks, public hosting, or unattended workloads. Payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through the provider shown at checkout, subject to that provider's rules and applicable consumer law.

When you explicitly ask Bubble in chat to operate your machine, it may view the current screen, run bounded commands, and use the keyboard or pointer inside that machine for the requested task. Bubble will pause for your confirmation before sensitive actions. Review each confirmation carefully: an approved action can change or delete files, install software, submit information, or otherwise affect the machine. You remain responsible for the requests and approvals made through your account. You can stop the active task at any time, and closing the connection cancels unfinished approvals.

4. AI output — please read this one

Bubble can be wrong. It is built to be more careful than most AI tools and to say when it's unsure, but it can still produce answers that are inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete.

Do not rely on Bubble for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. It is not a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser, and using it does not create any professional relationship. Check anything that matters against a qualified source.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Bubble to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else do so
• Generate content that sexualises children, or that harasses or threatens people
• Build weapons, malware, or anything designed to cause harm
• Impersonate someone else, or generate deliberate misinformation
• Attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
• Resell Bubble's output as your own AI product

Accounts doing these things may be suspended or removed.

Bubble Terminal

Bubble Terminal is one saved Bubble account conversation in a terminal window. Its browser approval links the installed client to your Bubble account, and its messages, answers, and answer credits follow the same terms as the web, mobile, and desktop apps. Review the named request before approving it and sign out computers you no longer control.

Terminal saves rotating account tokens, the Bubble service address, and one chat ID in the current operating-system user's application-state folder. Those tokens are protected by that user's file and profile permissions, not by a system keychain. Closing Terminal keeps the server-side chat; bubble --logout removes the local state file.

Installed Bubble Desktop access

Use optional Desktop computer access only on a computer and project folder you own or are explicitly authorized to use. You must start a visible, time-limited access period and approve each exact native action. Depending on the operating system and permissions you grant, an approved action can run a process, read or change files available to that process, capture the visible screen, move or click the pointer, scroll, type text, or press a named key. You can stop the access period at any time.

Review every approval carefully. Folder selection and Bubble's validation rules are safety boundaries, not an operating-system filesystem sandbox. An approved action can change or delete data, install software, submit information, or affect other apps. Do not use Desktop access to evade permissions, monitor someone, collect credentials, disrupt a service, or access a computer or data without authorization. You remain responsible for what you ask Bubble to do and what you approve.

6. Your content

What you write stays yours, including project names, descriptions, instructions, and chat messages. You give us only the permission needed to run the service — storing that content and, after the mobile app asks for your explicit permission, sending the necessary content to OpenAI for safety screening, generation, embeddings, and bounded actions you explicitly request. You can withdraw that permission in Settings. Bubble does not use your chats to train its own models, sell them, or publish them. See the privacy policy for exactly where they go.

Answers Bubble gives you are yours to use. Given how AI works, the same question may produce a similar answer for someone else, so we can't promise it's unique to you.

7. Our content

The Bubble name, mark, app, and website belong to us. Using the service doesn't give you rights to any of it.

8. Availability

Bubble depends on its hosted service and third-party infrastructure, including OpenAI. Sending may be unavailable during a service or network outage. Features may change or be removed.

9. Ending things

You can stop using Bubble and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service. If we shut down, we'll say so in advance when reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Bubble is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything you did or didn't do because of an answer Bubble gave you.

Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

11. Apple

The iPhone and iPad versions of Bubble are distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for those apps or their content. If an Apple app fails to work as promised, you may tell Apple; beyond that, Apple has no obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, the date at the top changes and you'll be told in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Bubble after that means you accept the new terms.
